20e luckan Vörtvåfflor - Wort Waffles
We often eat bread flavoured with wort on december breakfasts. But the spice mixture is also very nice to other kind of food too. In waffles it's perfect since you can choose topping by yourself. First idea was seaweed spawn caviar (vegan) with a fresch cream, but then we had avocado and silken tofu at home, and that wasn't bad either!
Recept:
3 dl kikärtsmjöl
1/2 dl vörtmix
1 dl komucha (eller julmust, eller porter)
2 dl sojamjölk
1,5 tsk bakpulver
2-3 msk kokossocker
1 msk kanel
3 msk kakao
Topping:
Silkes tofu
Avokado
Lingon
Grönkål
Hampafrön
Dill
rosépeppar
Blanda samman alla ingredienserna, vispandes. Grädda i våffeljärn eller över öppen eld i gammaldags gjutjärn. Toppa med mosad silkes tofu, avocao (varför inte i en ros) lingon, späda grönkålsblad, hampafrön, lite rosépeppar och några kvistar dill!
Wort Waffles
Recipe:
3 dl chickpea flour
1/2 dl wort spice
1 dl kombucha
2 dl soy milk
1,5 tsp baking soda
2-3 tsbp coconut sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
3 tbsp cacao
Topping:
Silken Tofu
Avocado
Lingonberries
Hemp seeds
Kale
Dill
rosépeppar
Blend Everything by hand and fry in a waffle maker or in a waffle iron over open fire! Top with mashed silken tofu, kale, avocado, lingon berries, pink pepper, dill and hemp seeds!
